Synopsis
In the 1980s, a young Ferran Adrià happens to enter the kitchens of elBulli. What begins as a temporary job turns into the start of a gastronomic revolution that will forever change his life—and the history of cooking worldwide. Decades later, in 2025, Glòria Canabach—a retired critic haunted by guilt—returns from the United States following her father’s death. There, she reconnects with her niece, Lola, and together they decide to reopen the family restaurant, Can Canabach. As Ferran bids farewell to elBulli and Glòria seeks to forgive herself, both will find in the kitchen a way to heal and start anew.
